Rules for scientific contributions
Contributed presentations will be published as two pages abstracts in a dedicated abstract book that will be available to delegates and online. English will be the official language of the workshop.
The abstract submission implies that the authors agree for its dissemination in the workshop web page, in the abstract book and in the online archive HAL (https://hal.science)
The abstracts must be submitted as MS Word document (.doc .docx) through the online form available in the workshop website. All the abstracts will be reviewed by the Scientific Committee.
The presenting author must be registered to the workshop.
There will be no poster sessions and the author will have the choice between flash talk, talk and long talk.
Please, once your abstract submission is completed, also send a ms-word format copy to boisnoirwkshop@sciencesconf.org.
Abstracts describing starting projects without significant outcome will be elligible to Flash talks.
Oral presentations
The scientific program will include oral and short oral presentations
The abstract acceptance will be communicated by email before 26 April 2024.
The final program will be published online in the workshop website by 30 April 2024.
Instructions for presenters: Microsoft PowerPoint for MS Windows (*.ppt or .pptx) will be used for presentations, which must be in the 16:9 format (wide screen). Only fonts included in the basic version of MS-Windows 10 will be available. The use of fonts not included in Windows 10 can cause wrong formatting of the presentation.
Meeting organisers will load all the presentations on the computer that is used in the conference room.
Presenters will not be allowed to use their own laptops
